Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment start time to allow time to complete a consultation form.

Our cancellation policy:

Cancellation over 14 days, you will be refunded in full Cancellation under 14 days to 5 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued or your booking can be moved to a date of choice (subject to availability). Cancellation under 5 days to 3 days, no refund will be provided. However, your booking can be moved to another date of choice with an admin charge of £5.00 per treatment booking. Cancellation under 48 hours, no refund will be provided and the booking will not be amendable to another date and full payment will be charged.

Treatments which start late will be cut short to avoid impacting other guests. All treatment times listed include a small consultation and changing time.
