Our cancellation policy:

• 14 days or more before arrival, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Under 14 days before arrival - 50% refund.
• Under 48hrs before arrival - No refund will be given.

Treatments which start late will be cut short to avoid impacting other guests. All treatment times listed include a small consultation and changing time.
